We will be hosting David Galvan from Education For A Lifetime who is a skilled trainer on helping parents learn why and how to have these crucial conversations around mental health, suicide and other high-risk behaviors.
Some key topics will include:
- Importance of parental relationship
- Understanding and connecting with teen culture
- Recognizing signs/symptoms
- How to have helpful conversations
- Destigmatizing mental health
This will be a great chance to connect with other parents and leave feeling empowered and there is no need to register. This time is offered to parents of kids of any age and it is designed for parents only, Adult-Swim-style!
Movement- a two-part series on cultivating the values of creating safe community and serving.
During week one, we will be discussing the importance of small groups and how students can take some ownership within their community. Then, we will spend two weeks helping your student feel excited about serving and understand their potential to serve others.

We'll soak some sun and have some fun while hiking some trails! We'll break mid-way for a BYOLunch.

WHAT: Tents, hammocks, hot dogs, s’mores, frisbee, night games, campfire songs….. and fun!
HOW MUCH: $10 covers all the fun, including Friday’s dinner & Saturday’s breakfast
WHEN: Meet us in Black Forest at The Collins’ property at 4pm
Each student will need…. >> Their own sleeping bag. Feel free to bring a sleeping pad if you own one too! >> Warm clothes >> Shoes comfortable to hike/play in
If you want you can bring…. >> A tent… if you are able to provide a tent, please mark so on the online form, >> A hammock >> A flashlight, >> Small Recreational equipment (think football, Frisbee, etc.)
What is Greenhouse? Greenhouse is a weekly hangout and Bible study deep-dive for High Schoolers through the Summer! Fun, games, and our summer teaching series. This is for High School students only- including outgoing seniors and incoming freshmen.

Elective Sessions are designed with the high schooler in mind, to go deeper in conversation and application.
Join us this summer, during the 10:30am service, for a deep-dive on conversations surrounding Sex, Jesus, Sexuality, & Gender. Open to all incoming and outgoing high schoolers.
