How are emotions and feelings different?
Feelings are sensations in the body and are not always related to emotions.. for example, you can “feel” cold or “feel” hungry. I would argue that a feeling is only one component of an emotion. Emotions involve sensations in the body that connect to cognitive and psychological changes.
