A few weeks ago, I had the joy of leading a small group of women from one of Tirzah’s U.S. church partners to Cape Town, South Africa, to meet our amazing local leader, Minah. These women have been supporting Minah and the programs she runs for women in her community through her transformation initiative, one of Tirzah’s newest partners.
One of the most powerful moments came as we sat with women in Tirzah’s small business training, affectionately called “Get Hope” by the women themselves. As they shared their stories, Minah translated for us.
But before the words were even translated to English, we could feel it.
The fire in their eyes. The conviction in their voices.
Women who had rediscovered hope, alive with purpose.

Minah and I between stories, sharing, laughing, and marveling at the transformation unfolding through her leadership in South Africa.
What struck me most was that Tirzah’s programs aren’t charity. They are real change. This isn’t about easing someone’s pain for a day. It’s about creating lasting systems of empowerment in over 30 countries worldwide.
Through local leaders like Minah, women are mentored, equipped, and supported long after the initial training ends.
This work is reshaping lives, families, and communities. It’s creating a new reality, one filled with hope and the power to build a better future for generations to come.
Thank you for being part of this story. You are what makes this kind of transformation possible.
