As a church, we want to stay in community with one another, and technology has become our primary way of connecting during these times. Unfortunately, technology isn’t always the easiest to figure out…

So, we’ve put together some helpful tips to make things easier!

Livestream FAQ

Where can I watch the the service live?

  1. Watch on our website…
    • Go to “pulpitrock.com”
    • Click the yellow “Watch Live” button on our home page
    • Make sure to click the “Unmute” button
  2. Watch on YouTube…
    • Go to YouTube.com in your browser
    • In YouTube, search for “pulpitrock cos”
    • Under “Latest from pulpitrock cos,” you’ll see a video that has “Sunday Worship LIVE” with the service time in the title, click on the video thumbnail and press play

How do I watch the livestream on my TV?

  1. You can use a Smart TV, Apple TV, Roku, or Amazon Fire Stick
    • Open the YouTube app
    • Search “pulpitrock cos”
    • Under “Latest from pulpitrock cos,” you’ll see a video that has “Sunday Worship LIVE” with the service time in the title, click on the video thumbnail and press play
  2. Using Chromecast
    • Open the YouTube app on your phone or tablet device
    • Search “pulpitrock cos”
    • Click the Chromecast icon, select the name of your Chromecast, and the video will appear on your television

How do I watch on my phone, tablet, or iPad?

  1. Make sure you have the YouTube app downloaded from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store
  2. Open the YouTube app
  3. Touch the magnifying glass icon at the top of the screen and search “pulpitrock cos”
  4. Under “Latest from pulpitrock cos,” you’ll see a video that has “Sunday Worship LIVE” with the service time in the title, click on the video thumbnail and press play

How do I watch the service after Sunday?

  1. Watch on our website…
    • Go to “pulpitrock.com”
    • Click on “Media” in the main menu
    • You can watch the sermon video or listen to the podcast
  2. Watch on YouTube…
    • Go to YouTube.com in your browser
    • In YouTube, search for “pulpitrock cos,” and go to our channel
    • Scroll down until you see the Worship Services video section, click on the service you would like to watch and press play

How do I tune in to other live events like Welcome to the Table?

  1. Go to YouTube.com 
  2. In YouTube, search for “pulpitrock cos,”
  3. Under “Latest from pulpitrock cos,” you’ll see a video that has “LIVE” with a description of the video in the title, click on the video thumbnail and press play
  4. By going to our YouTube channel, you can catch up on any episodes you missed

Some Helpful Tips

If you’re having trouble watching the service, here are a few things to try:

  1. Check your internet connection and make sure your wifi is turned on….
    • On Mac OS:
      • Click the wifi icon towards the top right of your screen > turn wifi on > select the name of your wifi network
    • On a PC:
      • Click the Start button > select Control Panel > click the Network and Internet category > select Networking and Sharing Center > from the options to the left-hand side, select Change Adapter Settings > right-click on the icon for Wireless Connection > click Enable
  2.  Check your web browser…
    • Some web browsers (like Safari on Mac OS) don’t work very well with our livestream, try using a browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox
    • Here’s how to download Google Chrome on your Mac;

Having trouble hearing the video?

  1. If you are watching through our website, make sure to click the “Unmute” button
  2. Adjust the volume on your video player
    • Look for the little speaker icon on the bottom bar of your video to make sure it is unmuted and turned up
  3. Adjust the volume on your computer or TV

Our hope is that streaming our service on Sundays, finding important information, and connecting with one another online is as easy as possible!
