God is with us, present in that struggle, no matter what it is and no matter what caused it. We can be assured that God is present and maybe even closest when we are in our darkest moments. And the divine mystery in all of this is that he is working all things together for our good. Showing us who we really are, giving us the space to wrestle it out until we can see him clearly.
