What does it mean to live sent?
At Pulpit Rock, we believe that 100% of us have already been SENT into our neighborhoods, workplaces and city. The greatest invitation we have to follow Jesus is to join God in His mission to bring redemption and beauty to a broken world.
Living as Kingdom people means that missions isn’t just for a few of us, it’s for every adult, student and child. That’s what we mean when we say 100% SENT.
There are lots of ways to live SENT! It might look like joining a serve day, connecting with neighbors, giving generously to God’s work around the world, going on a missions trip, praying, serving at a local school. It might look like something God has uniquely wired and formed in you that we haven’t even thought of yet.
At Pulpit Rock, we have lots of ways to invite you into what God is doing. We also want to coach, resource and help you discover the unique ways that YOU have been SENT so you can step into the fullness of this adventure of following Jesus.
Explore some ways our people are living SENT in Colorado Springs and around the world, and JOIN US!

Give
Did you know that in addition to normal giving (to support the operations and ministry of Pulpit Rock Church) we have special designated accounts where 100% of every dollar goes directly towards work in our city and around the world?
In the past 6 years, we’ve given away over $2M in funds through designated giving! That’s in addition to the $130,000+ we will invest this year alone in partner organizations and missionaries from our annual giving budget.
We have designated accounts connected to our current areas of focus and a designated missions account that you can give to support all year long...
100% of every dollar given for a specific purpose goes directly to that organization or ministry. Our regular budget funds things like admin and staff travel on missional trips, so we can ensure that every dollar makes it to the hands of those we are partnering with!
Stories of your Kingdom impact
City Serve in COS
This is election season. Divisiveness and disagreement are running rampant. Sides are being taken, walls are being built, families are being divided. Social media is ripe with conflict. Unity is scarce. That’s what makes what recently occurred in Colorado Springs so incredible.
We Left Our Heart in Ethiopia
We have shared with you before about our sister church in Ethiopia, the Leku Keta Kale Heywet church. Recently World Orphans wrote about the trip and our growing relationship on their blog…
The Kingdom to Come
The bond that the town and church of Boquillas and Pulpit Rock have forged over our years partnering with one another is a reflection of the Kingdom to come. Here is a quick recap of our most recent visit.
Pulpit Rock Loves Ethiopia
Part of the money from our Christmas offering last year is going to support the Leku Keta Kale Heywet church in Ethiopia. Here are a couple pictures to put faces to our prayers and gifts.
Why Haiti?
I believe every follower of Christ ought to experience a cross cultural missions experience in their lifetime to allow God to speak to their hearts and enlarge their mission perspective beyond their own world.
Building a Refuge in Haiti
Through the support of families and small groups from this church, Pulpit Rock was able to make it a reality for 10 families to move from a temporary shelter to a permanent home in Haiti.
