Most people don’t know that Mr. T has a mentor, Mr. B, who taught him everything he knows. And Mr. B has agreed to join our PRSM team for the summer and impart his wisdom on our teens.
In my last post, I mentioned that while we don’t have a “Worship Pastor,” we still have the need for what a Worship Pastor provides. So what, exactly, are those needs?

Pulpit Rock Church wants to give you access to hearing these great Christian speakers and teachers. We believe you will hear the voice of God speaking to you through them.
We have some incredible small group leader volunteers in our student ministry. We want to take good care of them, and in doing so, we are giving them a much needed break during the summer.
Pulpit Rock has an ongoing partnership with Gil and Karen Nash who are familiar with the region and coordinating some relief efforts.
A change is coming … instead of passing the plate each Sunday, we will instead have mounted giving boxes to the welcome stations at each entrance to the auditorium. Here’s why.
This is NOT just another summer activity for kids, but an opportunity for them to see Jesus through a different lens.
The words “crucify him” are difficult to swallow (and they should be.) They represent the full weight and cost of your sin and my sin. But the words are also the very hope of our salvation!
What Pulpit Rock needed was leadership in worship. We needed a voice, a vision, and a leader to take us there. But we don’t need to have one person doing all of these things.
