What is The Good Grief Journey?
Loss. The definition in simplest form means what once was and is no more. To be human is to know loss. Whether in death including miscarriages, divorce, dreams, careers, relationships, and yes, even broken coffee pots, one’s journey with loss, pain and grief is far from simple and should never be minimized. It is a lonely, complex, complicated path to walk.
It’s why we’ve created this class. This is a safe place to come learn how to express one’s thoughts and feelings while gaining insights and understanding as to how grief affects us…in all areas of our lives.
