What do you do at Pulpit Rock?
I enjoy using the musical gifts God has given me to create a space for his people to worship and spend time with him. Communal worship is a special rhythm that allows us to rejoice in what God is doing in each of our individuals journeys. It’s a joy to be a small piece of that at Pulpit Rock.
What did you do before you joined our staff?
I’ve led worship at various churches in the Springs for a decade, 5 of those years at Woodmen Valley Chapel, and taught piano to over 60 students in the area. I currently work for a criminal defense attorney as a paralegal and attend Pikes Peak State College earning a degree in Paralegal Studies.
An interesting thing about you is?
When I was about 3 years old I told my mom I was going to marry someone with the same birthday as me. I carried that with me into my teenage years and met the love of my life at 18 years old. We have been together for 12 years, married for 10, and have the same birthday!
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy watching my 2 boys engage in their sports, camping, eating delicious food, road trips, playing music, and camp fires in our backyard with friends and family!
